Apartment renovation in the historic center of Murcia to convert it into a student residence. The goal is to create the maximum number of bedrooms while also providing attractive communal spaces. Original elements are restored and reinterpreted in a contemporary way, such as the kitchen fireplace and the interior woodwork, which is painted blue, while the exterior is painted white. Additionally, the renovation incorporates hydraulic paving that was uncovered beneath old layers from previous modifications to the building. A blue porcelain floor runs throughout all the rooms, with the same material used as a white wall covering in wet areas.
